It's an inevitable consequence for many students that they will end up, or even start their univeristy or college lives with some amount of debt hanging over them. The words student debt have almost become synonomous with each other in recent years, with the growth of student loans and subsequent student loan consolidation, but it doesn't always have to be that way. Getting a job whilst at college can help students ease their debts or even mean they are not required to go into debt, a major plus indeed. Then again, not all students have the time to get a job, and that's where loans come in as a necessity. But managed carefully these debts don't have to be crippling for students.
